Obituary of Harry Notarnicola

Harry Notarnicola, age 86, of Milford passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 21, 2024 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of the late Linda M. (Betz) Notarnicola. Born in Bridgeport on May 6, 1937, he was a son of the late Pasquale and Marietta (Gianonni) Notarnicola.

He lived a life filled with love, good food, and many cherished memories. A graduate of Harding High School and a veteran of the US Army during the Korean War, Harry went on to work as a butcher and delicatessen chef, contributing his skills and passion to a long career in the food service industry as owner and operator of Greenwich Deli and HN Food Services. He was known for his unwavering work ethic and dedication to his family. Harry will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Harry is survived by his loving grandson, Christopher Notarnicola of Fort Lauderdale, FL and many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to his beloved wife Linda, he was predeceased by his son, James Notarnicola, his sister, Rose (Notarnicola) Fico, and his brothers, Sam, Joe, and Patsy Notarnicola.
