Obituary of Patricia W. Ludgis

Patricia W. Ludgis, age 82, of Seymour, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 7, 2024 with her loving family by her side. Born in Bridgeport on April 28, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Frank Benedict Ludgis and Winifred Helen (Andruski) Ludgis.

Patricia was a very strong independent woman who cherished her family and made them number one in her life. She loved nothing more than spending time with her brother, her nephews and especially cherished the moments with her great nieces. She was a longtime and faithful parishioner of St. Joseph Church in Shelton. Pat was a lover of animals, an avid reader and always enjoyed the wordsearch puzzles. She often told stories of the many trips she took while traveling in her retirement, but her favorite adventure was her trip to Alaska. She was a loving sister, aunt, great aunt and friend and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Survivors include a loving brother, Thomas Ludgis, two beloved nephews, Stephen Ludgis and his wife Michele and Christopher Ludgis and his wife Kristin and two cherished great nieces, Brianna & Marissa. She was predeceased by a brother, Frank "Sonny" Ludgis.

Pats wishes were for all funeral services to be held in private. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull.
