Obituary of Antonio Mariani

Antonio Mariani, age 78, of Fairfield, a retired employee of Bridgeport Machines, died Friday, November 12, 2004 in Cedar Lane Rehabilitation Center, Waterbury. Born in Pescara, Province of Abruzzi, Italy on June 23, 1926, he was the son of the late Julio and Angela Marrone Mariani.

Survivors include his wife, Yolanda DelCegno Mariani, two sons, Rolando Mariani and his wife, Anita and Michael Mariani and his wife, Anabela, all of Cheshire, a daughter, Marcie Mariani of Fairfield and two granddaughters, Melissa and Gabriela. 

Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, November 16, 2004 at 8:00 a.m. from the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 9:00 a.m. in St. Margaret Shrine, Bridgeport for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull. Friends may call on Monday from 4-8 p.m.
