Words cannot express how shocked and saddened I was upon learning of the death of my cousin, Jimmy. I have nothing but fond memories of the many times our families got together over the years. Jimmy was a kind and wonderful man who will be greatly missed by all who knew him and loved him. I will never forget that he attended my mother's wake in 2013, driving from Connecticut to New Jersey alone in terrible weather just so he could be there for my Dad. We were so touched and grateful for his kindness, but we were not surprised by his gesture, that was the kind of man he was. My heartfelt condolences go out to Marie, Jimmy, Tina, Michelle and Lisa and their families. I so wish I could have attended the services and paid my respects to the entire Alimena family. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Michelle, Marie and Family - I am so sorry for your loss, my thoughts and prayers are with you all. A quote from John 16:22:
So also you have sorrow now, but I will see you again and your hearts will rejoice and no one will take your joy from you.

So many wonderful memories that we will keep in our hearts forever.... June 1988 in Palo Alto, CA where we enjoyed a family reunion and celebrated a nephew's 40th birthday. Uncle Jim was a great sport as this photo shows..

Jean and I were terribly saddened to learn of Jim's passing. He was a role model for me for many years and a good friend. We are living in Florida now so we will not be there to express our condolences in person, but we will be there in spirit. We will be sending a donation in Jim's memory to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Again, please accept our condolences and we wish nothing but the best for you and your family in this difficult time.

I'm proud to say that I knew Jim for many years during his time at Norden and even prouder to be able to say that I never known a fairer manager and a truer gentleman. He will be sorely missed by the many friends that he made while at Norden, but I'm sure that he will remain in their thoughts for many more years to follow.

My heart is broken at this news.I loved Jimmy since the late 50s. He was so smart, so nice, you had to like him whether he was our team or if you were a customer I cannot attend the services because I am in Florida, but I don't think I could take the emotion if I were there. The best respects to Marie and the family.Jim I love you and I know you are going to heaven.
Your best friend

so very sorry to hear about Jim"s passing. he was probably the most respected and loved person at Norden. that was true for me. he was my mentor, friend, and su pervisor for over 20 years. Working at Norden ,especially with Jim was more of a family experience then a job. we worked hard but we also had fun, socialized, played sports, and enjoyed each others company. Its funny, but I often think about my time at Norden and Jim is always the first to come to mind. An April 1, was thinking about Jimmy(some of us called him that) when John D. emailed me to let me know of his passing. maybe just a coincidence .
Diane and I are very sorry and our prayers and hearts go out to you and all your family. we also pray for Jim's soul, but we know he is doing fine, God probably has him already figuring out how to solve some technical problem in heaven.
love to all
