Dear Sandie, Mike, Julie and family, Nothing ever prepares us to lose a loved one. My deepest sympathy goes out to all of you. I've known Bob for a very long time (through Mike and Julie) and I will remember him as a fun, adventurous, caring person who, through his actions, loved those around him. I especially remember the fond memories of his visits to California and the enjoyment both Julie and Mike had when he visited. Ohhhh, the stories and the curiosity of what beautiful gem would adorn his ears at the next visit :) . And, of course, what adventure would he go on while visiting the west coast...He was a character loved by many. Sandie, although I believe I have met you one time. I LOVE the way Mike and Julie speak about you and the love you had for Bob and Bob for you. You are a special person in their life. I am not with you to celebrate his life but please know I will be thinking of all of you and celebrating the joy he has brought to all of you in my own way. Love and peace, Rose

Robert was a truly good man who loved with all his heart. I will always appreciate his kindness and love for his family and for Sandie. I've always appreciated the fight in him and never giving in to his cancer. We were lucky to know him.
